Report: Esther McGregor and Emilio Sakraya to Play Violet and Xaden in FOURTH WING
Esther McGregor and Emilio Sakraya are reported to lead Prime Video's adaptation of Rebecca Yarros's fantasy novels.
Two actors have been named in trade coverage of Prime Video’s FOURTH WING adaptation, but the studio has not issued a casting announcement. Deadline reported October 15 that Esther McGregor will play Violet Sorrengail and Emilio Sakraya will play Xaden Riorson. TheWrap reported the same pairing and said Amazon declined to comment.
Amazon’s official series overview identifies Meredith Averill as showrunner and executive producer and Lisa Joy as director of the pilot. The series is based on Rebecca Yarros’s EMPYREAN novels, beginning with FOURTH WING.
