Reporting and verification
Factual claims should be verified against reliable sources, attributed to the original reporting when another outlet broke the story, and presented with uncertainty when the evidence is incomplete. Sources used in reporting and verification are disclosed on articles when available.
Reviews, analysis, and opinion
KazooWatch reviews, verdicts, recommendations, and commentary are editorial judgments. News reporting, analysis, and opinion should be labeled and written so readers can distinguish fact from interpretation.
Editorial independence
Screeners, credentials, interviews, access, products, travel, sponsorships, or advertising do not guarantee coverage or favorable treatment. Material relationships are disclosed when relevant.
Use of artificial intelligence
KazooWatch may use bounded tools to help with research organization, comparison, transcription, quality checks, or drafting. Model output is not treated as a source. Human editors remain responsible for verification, editorial judgment, wording, and publication.
