Bride of Frankenstein
More fearful than the monster himself!
After recovering from injuries sustained in the mob attack upon himself and his creation, Dr. Henry Frankenstein falls under control of his former mentor, Dr. Pretorius, who insists the now-chastened doctor resume his experiments in creating new life. Meanwhile, the Monster remains on the run from those who wish to destroy him.
The more thoughtful sequel of James Whale's 1931 film ups the sci-fi and includes elements from Mary Shelley's classic novel that were missing from the first film. It's shocking that a film of this age can pack in so many ideas in such a short amount of time. Far more than a couple's Halloween costume idea. Check this one out!
