Uncut Gems
This is how I win.
A charismatic New York City jeweler always on the lookout for the next big score makes a series of high-stakes bets that could lead to the windfall of a lifetime. Howard must perform a precarious high-wire act, balancing business, family, and encroaching adversaries on all sides in his relentless pursuit of the ultimate win.
Anxiety committed to celluloid. Uncut Gems will make you scream at the screen begging for it to stop, surely it can't get any worse can it? Adam Sandler's performance is incredible, I'm still amazed he had this in him. The Safdie Brothers announce themselves to the uninitiated as directors to watch in this incredible gambling drama.

Starring Adam Sandler, LaKeith Stanfield, Julia Fox, Kevin Garnett, Idina Menzel
